Good work deserves to be seen, understood and felt.Transgender Victoria had a lot to say, and it mattered that every number, story and voice felt seen. Our job was to shape it into something clear, warm and useful.
TGV came to us with a rich mix of amazing stats, community stories, achievements and big-picture ambition. The challenge was not simply to make it look good, but to help all of that information feel easier to understand, more human and more connected.
We started with two creative directions, then worked closely with the TGV team to shape a final approach that felt familiar, but more confident. Story came first: we gave key info room to breathe, brought community voices forward and used photography, colour, waves and simple data visualisation to guide people through the report.
The process stayed collaborative from beginning to end. We adapted as content changed, proofed and refined the copy, and carried feedback through without losing the clarity of the design.
The final report felt polished without feeling corporate, and purposeful without losing warmth. TGV called it “slick and digestible”, “stunning” and, finally, “perfection”.

“Working with Form and Fable on our annual impact report was such a breeze. They accommodated our need for revisions, and worked promptly to ensure all our key deadlines were still met. We’re really proud of the work displayed in the report, and Form & Fable ensured it reflected TGV’s voice and our community beautifully.”
